The genome sequence of the European badger, Meles meles (Linnaeus, 1758)

چکیده
We present a haplotype resolved, diploid genome assembly from male Meles meles (European badger; Chordata; Mammalia; Carnivora; Mustelidae) using the trio binning approach. The sequence is 2,739 megabases in span. majority of (95.16%) scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules with X and Y sex chromosomes assembled. complete mitochondrial was also assembled 16.4 kilobases length.
